🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by:

1. Monitoring patient health — taking vitals, observing changes, and communicating with physicians or unit managers
2. Delivering direct patient care, including dressing changes, catheter insertions, and medication administration
3. Preparing and educating patients for treatments, and listening with empathy to their questions and concerns
4. Supporting and mentoring CNAs and NAs to ensure cohesive, high-quality care
5. Building meaningful connections — because sometimes, the best medicine is simply listening

🎓 What You’ll Bring

1. Current Registered Nurse license in good standing (Federal and State requirements met)
2. Solid clinical and communication skills
3. Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR)
4. A heart for service and commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
5. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
