Production Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform pressure testing, inspections, and quality checks on finished products.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and testing instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate production records and inspection reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Production Tech Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow written work instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
