Job Summary
Greets and assists members and guests by maintaining maximum presence and professionalism, with appropriate attention to members’ needs.
This is a seasonal position that would run from mid-May through Labor Day.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pool facilities and issue towels and pool amenities to guests.
- Maintain all pool facilities in a clean and attractive condition.
- Maintain stock and appearance levels for all facility supplies.
- Report safety hazards to the supervisor on duty.
- Special projects as directed by Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Services or Aquatics Supervisor.
- Follows CCM mission and values, including providing the best quality service possible. “Service with a Smile” is a key element in providing a positive experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Requires long periods of sitting, standing, frequent bending.
