HVAC Service Technician (Residential)
Standard Heating & Air Conditioning – Birmingham, AL
$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – APRIL ONLY

Standard Heating & Air is growing, and we’re looking for a solid HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose, communicate with customers, and get it done.
Standard Heating & Air Conditioning has been serving the Birmingham community for years and continues to grow. We’re building a team that takes care of customers the right way and supports each other in the field.

- Deliver a 5-star experience on every call
- Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused
- Experience in residential HVAC service
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with sales and presenting options
- EPA certification required
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
