What You’ll Do
- Assist licensed HVAC professionals with installations and system set-ups
- Learn and adhere to HVAC codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Maintain an organized workspace and proper inventory
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team for successful installations
- Participate in training sessions to advance your HVAC skills
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
- Drug-free with a clean criminal background
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Professional appearance and commitment to safety
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
