Pay Range: $14-$15 per hour
About the Role:
Entry-level, hands-on role supporting recruiting and light sales activity for local business accounts. You’ll help source candidates, schedule interviews, keep records up to date, and provide friendly check-ins to clients and associates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls, texts, and emails to candidates about open roles
- Post and refresh job ads; screen applications for basic qualifications
- Conduct brief phone screens using a standard questionnaire; schedule interviews
- Collect onboarding documents (I-9 support, new-hire packets) and update the ATS/CRM
- Confirm start dates, attendance (“day-1” and “week-1” check-ins), and gather timesheets
- Provide basic client support: share candidate resumes, confirm shift details, relay updates to the lead account manager
- Keep simple activity logs, spreadsheets, and dashboards current
- Help with job fairs, flyer drops, and community outreach as needed
- (No contract negotiation, pricing proposals, QBRs, forecasting, or incident management in this role.)
Experience/Skills:
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, call center, or office admin experience (staffing experience a plus, not required)
- Comfortable making phone calls and sending professional emails/texts
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple follow-ups
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; willing to learn ATS/CRM)
- Reliable transportation for occasional local visits or events
Schedule & Perks:
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours (occasional flexibility for candidate needs)
- $15.00/hour; eligibility for modest performance bonus where applicable
