Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $15.00/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 2-2-3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Support team members to meet production goals efficiently

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
