What You’ll Do
As Lead Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care while leading the clinical and business operations of our medical department.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver IV therapy, mHbOT, and injectable wellness treatments
- Perform patient assessments, create customized wellness plans and strategies to achieve their goals
- Ensure safe clinical care
- Lead, educate, and mentor the nursing team
- Train new clinical team members and provide continuing professional development
- Help grow our medical services through excellent patient education
- Partner with the Studio Manager to improve clinical operations, member experience, and the continued growth of our medical services
- Maintain compliance with all nursing standards and protocols
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Continuously improve quality, efficiency, and clinical excellence
Within your first 90 days you will:
- Build trusted relationships with members
- Become the clinical leader our nursing team depends upon
- Ensure exceptional quality and consistency of care
- Improve operational efficiency and departmental growth
- Help grow our medical department through outstanding patient experiences
Required:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong IV and venipuncture skills
- 3 or more years of RN experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for wellness and patient care
- Charge nurse or leadership experience
- Infusion, ER, ICU, outpatient or wellness experience
