Registered Land Surveyor
Job Title : Registered Land Surveyor
Location : York PA
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Registered Land Surveyor:
#1. Must have a PLS in PA (reciprocity accepted)
#2. Must have at least 5 years of related experience.
#3. Must have at least 2 years or project Management experience
#4. Must be proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
Requirements of the Registered Land Surveyor:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.
- 5 years of related experience (field and office including a strong proficiency in land surveying standards and procedures)
- Project Management Experience is required
- PLS with PA license is required
- Ability to manage self and others and surveying Projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Applicant should be able to develop into managing the survey department
- Must have high-level verbal and written communication skills
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% in-office work
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
