Job title: Relief Driver

Terms: Full time
Salary/rate: $1,040.00 weekly, plus any commissions earned, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
Requirements: Valid CDL license, clear background check, and pass a drug test.

About the role: The Relief is responsible for covering assigned delivery routes when regular drivers are absent or as needed. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of products to customer locations, maintains strong customer relationships, and supports daily route operations across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

Route Coverage & Delivery:

• Cover assigned delivery routes as needed or during driver absences.
• Deliver products accurately and on time to customer locations.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed according to route requirements.

Customer Service:

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Provide reliable service during all route coverage assignments.
• Address basic delivery questions or concerns in the field.

Inventory & Accuracy:

• Verify product counts and ensure accurate order delivery.
• Rotate product using FIFO (first in, first out) when applicable.
• Report missing, damaged, or returned products.

Vehicle & Safety:

• Safely operate company delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of vehicle.
• Complete required vehicle checks as assigned.

Communication & Reporting:

• Communicate route issues, delays, or inventory concerns to supervisor.
• Complete delivery logs and reports accurately.
• Follow instructions for different route assignments as needed.

Candidate requirements:

• Valid CDL license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and professionalism in retail settings.
