Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Director based in the United States. The Retail Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and production teams to ensure product alignment with market demand. The role also involves setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring competitor activities. Qualifications Experience in retail sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Analytical skills for analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities Collaborative skills to work with marketing and production teams Ability to set and achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the meat or food industry is a plus Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
