Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development (BD) and Capture professional to support growth opportunities in our existing and emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and supports BD engagement with Government customers and industry partners
• Represents the company at events, conferences, industry days, and other engagements
• Identifies and matures potential opportunities for further analysis
• Presents opportunities at each gate review to executive leadership
• Performs customer and competitor analysis
• Leads strategic capture efforts
• Drive win strategy for key opportunities and identifies actions that need to be taken to implement the capture strategy and plan
• Works across teams to develop solutions and meet client requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated skills in communicating technical information to non-technical and technical customers, as well as how core technologies translate into customers' critical capabilities
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• A high level of self-motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements:

• Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
