• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Respond to voicemails and emails from clients promptly
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Handle calls for billing, claims, or underwriting investigations
• Support clients in the office as needed

• Hold an active Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Have a minimum of 6 months insurance experience
• Possess an upbeat and positive attitude
• Commitment to excellence and be willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast paced environment
