Traveling Project Manager (Construction PM, Owner's Representative)

Klosh Group, Inc
Huntsville, AL

Job Description

Job Description

Klosh Group is a client-first construction consulting firm specializing in Owner's Representation across the west and beyond. We're not your typical AEC consultants—we're the people owners call when they need someone in their corner who will actually solve problems, not just identify them.

What makes us different: We give our team real autonomy to drive results. When a client has a complex project challenge, you won't be passing it up the chain—you'll be the one figuring it out, making the call, and moving things forward. If you're wired to take ownership and run with it, you'll fit right in here.

What you'll actually do: You'll operate as an extension of our clients' leadership teams, representing their interests throughout the project lifecycle. That means you're not just tracking schedules and budgets—you're identifying risks before they become problems, negotiating solutions when conflicts arise, and making strategic recommendations that protect our clients' investments. You'll manage complex stakeholder dynamics, push back on contractors and design teams when needed, and make sure projects deliver what they're supposed to deliver.

The job site is based in Northern Alabama and requires a strong on-site presence. You will be expected to be on job sites approximately 3-4 days per week on an ongoing basis, working directly alongside clients, contractors, and project teams.

Who thrives here: People who get energized by challenges, not buried by them. You can walk into messy situations, figure out what needs to happen, and drive the process forward without needing your hand held. You're comfortable being the client's advocate in tough conversations and can command respect from project teams. You catch the details that matter but stay focused on the bigger picture.

What's in it for you: You'll further develop your deep expertise in project delivery from the owner's perspective—the most strategic seat at the table. Real experience in project budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and client relationships across diverse, high-stakes projects. And because we're a small, tight-knit team, what you do actually matters. Your ideas shape how we work and where we're headed.

If you want a role where you make real decisions, protect clients from expensive mistakes, and build something with a growing company—let's talk.

Apply directly by sending your resume to: [email protected]
