**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
+ Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises and maintain accurate access logs.
+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel with access procedures and inquiries.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific policies.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Follow established procedures for reporting incidents, irregularities, and/or emergencies to Allied Universal management and site contacts.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following all site-specific and Allied Universal protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and promote a secure environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
