Quality Systems Support
Summary: This Assistant is responsible for reporting production data from all shifts from both Albertville facilities, making certain that all reports are correct and sent to the proper departments as needed, assisting in Audits as needed and maintain QA files as defined by QA management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Produces production reports.
- KPI Reporting
- Maintain QASPC program
- Manage Customer Complaints and Correlations
- Makes needed transfers and adjustments in SOI on a daily and weekly basis.
- Performs weekly, monthly and annual inventory.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
- This is a safety sensitive position.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Also, other web-based programs and software.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
