Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join our established inpatient behavioral health team at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in Alabama's largest psychiatric hospital , working alongside an experienced team of psychiatrists and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed (W-2) position
• Practice at Brookwood Hospital, one of Alabama's premier behavioral health facilities

• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers

Call Schedule

• Phone call one night per week
• One weekend of call per month
• Shared call responsibilities with experienced providers

Requirements:

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
• Strong interest in inpatient psychiatry
• Comfortable supervising and collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• New graduates and experienced psychiatrists are encouraged to apply
