Project Coordinator- HR Hiring Ramp Support

CGI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support execution of a large-scale HR hiring ramp. This role will focus on tracking, coordination, and process adherence to ensure consistent candidate flow, visibility, and execution across the hiring lifecycle. Location: Troy, AL (On Site) Your future duties and responsibilities
How you'll make an impact
• Maintain real time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
• Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Support interview scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
• Track SLAs (resume review, interview feedback, disposition timelines)
• Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
• Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness) Required qualifications to be successful in this role
What you'll bring
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to operate in structured, process driven environments Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
• Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow based processes Other Information:

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,700.00 $52,300.00.
