Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Host, where you will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the face of our breakfast service, you will ensure that all guests have a satisfying and enjoyable meal experience to start their day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the breakfast area, ensuring they feel at home.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements to accommodate their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
- Monitor and restock the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and appealing.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
