Front Office Receptionist
Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner, knowledgeable of computers and Microsoft programs, greet and assist visitors, answer multi-line phone system and direct calls or take messages, handle/sort incoming and outgoing mail, be responsible for taking and receipting payments and perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
-Rotating schedule with every other week-end off (7:30am - 6:00pm)
