$60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring client concerns to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and insights to foster growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively address client needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Proven track record of collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to management, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Experience in training or mentoring peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
