**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** Join our small, locally owned and operated job shop in Trinity, AL, specializing in custom CNC machined parts for a diverse range of customers and industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist who excels in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce custom parts. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Select, install, and adjust tooling as needed. + Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in a job shop environment. + Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC operations. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. + Proficient in using precision measuring instruments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a close-knit, collaborative team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trinity, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
