**Olsten Staffing** **Pay Rate:** $15/hour **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM **LEGAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED** **Job Summary:** Olsten Staffing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented **Estate Clerk** to provide administrative and clerical support. This role assists in the management and processing of estates, probate filings, and related legal documentation, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all estate matters. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain accurate and organized estate case files and court records. + Assist with processing estate accounts, financial statements, and property records. + Respond to inquiries from the public, attorneys, and beneficiaries regarding probate procedures and case status. + Track deadlines for filings, court appearances, and other estate-related activities. + Support clerks, and administrators with document preparation and administrative tasks. + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. + Prior experience in administrative, legal, or government office settings preferred. + Knowledge of probate procedures, estate law, or court filing processes preferred. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally. **Additional Information:** + Olsten Staffing is an **Equal Opportunity Employer** and welcomes Veterans and Disabled applicants. + To review our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, visit: + We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. + Olsten Staffing has been connecting great candidates with great opportunities for over 60 years.
