Salary: $18- $20 DOE

What you'll do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, andphone.Assistcustomers and Representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and returns.

• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and Representatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.

• Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and transactions asappropriate.

• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhancethe customerexperience.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not required

Physical and Technical Abilities

• The ability to sit for extended periods, lift heavy objects (e.g., 30-50 lbs or more), and move with agility is crucial.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking, order accuracy, and other logistical tasks.

Other Requirements

• Reliability: A positive work history with a demonstrated commitment to showing up on time is often preferred.
• Flexibility:Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be necessary.
• Background Checkand Drug Screen:Both a clear background check and negative drug screen are required.
• Age:Warehouse workers generally must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule

• Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime is required.
