Basic Job Functions: Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa, Inc. is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Warehouse Supervisor. In this position you will safely lead the development of our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with Maintenance and Purchasing to deliver excellent customer value. The role involves building strong relationships with internal and external customers, managing all receiving, warehousing, and inventory functions for the main campus and remote warehouses. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety and housekeeping standards and Nucor Culture
- Inventory setup, physical warehouse organization, and inventory system management
- Drive cost control and efficiency
- Foster team member growth and development
- 2+ years leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Higher education in Industrial Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
- Supervisory experience in Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, or Distribution.
