Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for Welders in the Helena area of Birmingham. Pay rate
starts at $20 per hour up to $22 per depending on experience. Shift is Monday - Thursday 6:00am
- 4:30pm. Off on Fridays

Job Summary
As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal components together through the use of
various welding techniques and equipment. Your primary duties will involve operating welding
machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality and safety of the welding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accurate and
precise welding
- Perform a variety of welding tasks, including fillet welds, butt welds, and groove welds
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the welded
components
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any welding-related issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations
Qualifications
- Welding certification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using various welding equipment and techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick
welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
