Supervisor, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day-to-day operations of the Provider Web Administration (PWA) and VA Registration team within Team Vault. This includes meeting operational metric objectives established by leadership and directly supervising a team of dedicated Revenue Specialists.

- Lead a team managing provider web portal administration and security for all ROPS and Field teammates across over 800 payer websites.

What will you do?
- Directly supervise a team of 8-13 dedicated administrators and support teammates responsible for executing on an assigned portfolio of payer portal requests, TMSS access tickets, teammate terminations, password resets, and VA vendor registrations.
- Ensure strict adherence to portal security protocols and service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining an average 0-5 day turnaround for an inventory of ~1,000 tickets.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to assist the team in navigating complex third-party insurance portal issues and root-cause resolution, collaborating closely with IT, IMT, and Field teammates as needed.
- Manage VA Vendor Registration and Maintenance, ensuring all active dialysis facilities are properly registered with the federal government to receive payment for VA patients.
- Drive process modernization and "Efficiency Sprints" to streamline account creation, ticket triage, and leverage new automation technologies (like Glean/RPA).
- Understand and make decisions regarding payer portal trends, access structures (Self-Register, Admin, Group Login), and security protocols within the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain key metrics (e.g., ticket volume, turnaround times, termination processing), manage performance accordingly, and perform regular reviews for senior leaders.
- Consistently communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward those goals both to the team and direct leadership.
- Conduct annual reviews for all assigned teammates, identify areas of opportunity for individual teammates, and provide timely and ongoing coaching and development.
- Identify personnel needs for the assigned team, ensure the team is appropriately staffed (mandating FTEs over GTMs where necessary for security), and communicate recruiting needs to leadership.
- Maintain high engagement scores for the assigned team (>80%).
- Make recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leaders.

- Familiarity with healthcare provider portals, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and system access security is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- 2 years related supervisory experience required
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle, portal administration, or credentialing/enrollment
