This individual will bring a thoughtful, high-quality design solutions across a diverse range of project types. Our clients team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence, and we are seeking a talented Architectural 3D Renderer Modeler to help bring our designs to life.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and architectural visualizations for a variety of projects.
• Create compelling exterior and interior perspectives, animations, and presentation graphics.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate, visually engaging presentations.
• Produce renderings that effectively communicate design intent, materials, lighting, scale, and architectural details.
• Assist with basic drafting, drawing production, and architectural detailing as needed.
• Maintain consistency with project design standards, presentation requirements, and company branding.
• Review and incorporate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual presentations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven professional experience in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, or visualization
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape — required
• Basic AutoCAD drafting skills — required
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, scale, and architectural detailing
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models
• Strong attention to detail and a highly developed visual and design sensibility
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural rendering and visualization work required
