Remote Drug Utilization Review Pharmacist — Impact Outcomes
Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote DUR Pharmacist to analyze medication use, apply guidelines, and collaborate with providers from home. This role focuses on safe, cost-effective therapy across the patient population.
You'll evaluate prescribing patterns, identify interactions, and prepare recommendations to optimize therapy while complying with state and federal requirements. A PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy is required, with preferred managed care experience.
