Product Shipping Coordinator II

Position Summary
This role is responsible for order fulfillment, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping of product orders, and processing all inbound and outbound freight, packages, during normal operating hours. Position requires supporting all aspects of the warehouse operation. Role is responsible for having strong understanding of Oracle in shipping functions, be an advocate for continuous improvement, and be a voice between the floor and management team.

What You'll do as a Product Shipping Coordinator
Compile, communicate and report cycle count results to team leader and supervisor/management.
Assist supervisor with SQDC Board Updates, 5S Audits, Safety Observations, and Training Matrix’s.
Work with supervisor to continuously improve work environment, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Monitoring daily Product Trackers for accuracy and resolve any conflicts.
Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
Communicate issues and priorities to team members and supervisors.
Maintain strong lines of communication with all applicable personnel.
Have a strong understanding of Oracle functions within shipping functions. Be able to articulate issues faced within Oracle and how to replicate issues when needing IT support. Be able to teach others how to resolve exceptions and problem solve issues.
Preparing MRB data, controlling rejected material, and working with Inventory Coordinator for processing the return materials out of Oracle and shipping back to supplier.
Aware of and conforms to Company ISO goals and objectives and supports ISO requirements.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) to four (years) experience in product shipping or warehouse environment.
- Ability to become highly proficient in Oracle as it pertains to the position requirements.
- Proficiency using MS Office including but not limited to Word and Excel.

Pay range for this opportunity is $18.49 - $23.93. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
