Workplace Experience Ambassador

Description We are looking for a dedicated Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This long-term contract role focuses on enhancing the experiences of visitors and employees by ensuring that building spaces are welcoming, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and provide outstanding front-of-house customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. - Coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are prepared with proper furniture, signage, and equipment. - Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of room bookings and updating event calendars. - Submit and monitor tickets for facility-related issues and building maintenance using designated platforms. - Collaborate with the facilities management team to support various onsite assignments and operational needs. - Maintain and regularly update the Concierge Playbook to ensure accurate site information is readily available. - Provide clerical support and assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. - Plan and facilitate physical setups for events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met. - Uphold a high standard of organization and cleanliness across reception and common areas. - Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and productive environment. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced front desk setting. - High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or relevant college coursework is preferred. - Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, both in person and through written communication. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other desktop computing platforms. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. - Capable of sitting for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds. - Experience in hospitality, catering, or concierge services is highly desirable.
