Project Manager
Location: Theodore, AL (Onsite)
Pay: $100k+ DOE
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee product development and company-wide initiatives from concept through delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring activities remain on schedule.
- Manage company projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project timelines based on customer and internal requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports for management and customers.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Partner with department managers to assess resource availability and escalate needs to executive leadership when required.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clarity and organization across all initiatives.
- Develop and refine tools, templates, and best practices for efficient project management.
Minor Responsibilities
- Provide support to executive management on special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word .
- Experience with Microsoft Project and willingness to complete company-paid training (outside of work hours) to reach high proficiency if not already achieved.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external correspondence.

- Highly organized and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
- Comfortable managing the pressure of tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Project Coordination experience.
- Background in Manufacturing or Product Development .
- Experience in the Automotive Industry .
