Quality Inspector/Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 11:30pm )

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Quality Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for inspecting products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have prior quality inspection experience and some welding knowledge or experience.

Quality Inspector/Technician Qualifications:

• Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products.
• Use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and document quality issues and non-conforming materials.
• Complete inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
