At Sumter Health and Rehabilitation, our Shift Supervisors are hands-on leaders —guiding teams, supporting staff, and ensuring quality care across the facility.
You’ll still use your clinical skills—but with more control, more support, and more purpose .
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff across shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical standards
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Serve as a resource and leader for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
