We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization. - Analyze existing business processes and technical systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and create detailed business cases
- Design and develop system modifications or new processes to improve performance and productivity
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure system requirements are accurately implemented
- Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance
- Analyze error test results and recommend solutions to optimize code efficiency and system stability
- Create insightful dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support decision-making
- Maintain clear documentation of data flows, system configurations, and code to facilitate ongoing support and enhancements
Business Process Analyst Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of business and technical process analysis, with experience in systems such as production, inventory, or financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and application development using C#
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to create dashboards and automate workflows
- Ability to understand and document data flows, translate data between programming languages, and comprehend established code
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Business Process Analyst Position Requirements
- Experience with e-commerce tools or broader computer system capabilities
- Demonstrated success in developing impactful data visualizations and dashboards
- Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement methodologies
