We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage and support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in executing messaging strategies and maintaining consistency across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute company communications including newsletters, press releases, and internal updates

• Coordinate and manage corporate communications calendars

• Support the planning and execution of company announcements, product launches, and campaigns

• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with brand goals and values

• Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

• Assist in developing presentations, reports, and other written materials

• Ensure brand voice and tone are maintained across all content

• Handle inbound communication inquiries and coordinate responses

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Familiarity with content creation and internal communication tools is a plus
