What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of pest control technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety protocols
- Develop training plans and oversee licensing, certifications, and ongoing skill development
- Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance through proactive leadership
- Manage department budget including labor, materials, and equipment expenses
- Optimize technician scheduling, dispatching, and routing for efficiency and responsiveness
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with sales to support lead generation, upsells, and department growth
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all reporting and documentation requirements are met
- Monitor department KPIs and deliver performance reports to senior management
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)
- Valid pest control license (e.g., PCO or Applicator License)
- 3+ years of pest control experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- In-depth knowledge of pest control solutions, safety practices, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
- Proficiency with routing/scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Solid business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
