CDL A Truck Driver Trainees Welcome Regional

18 Wheels USA is actively hiring Class A CDL Drivers for full-time W2 positions. We have opportunities across our OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with a focus on routes East of the I-35. We provide our drivers with steady freight, bi-weekly home time, and a highly competitive compensation package. You'll operate the latest equipment (2024-2025 models) and receive full benefits from your first day. We have a clear path for both seasoned professionals with 3+ months of experience and new drivers just starting their careers through our paid training program (3-5 weeks for qualified CDL school graduates with 120+ hours of instruction) .

• Job Security: This is a stable, full-time W2 position.

• Excellent Pay: Earn $1,300 - $1,600 weekly, paid direct deposit on Friday. Your pay will be based on your experience and specific route.

The Role: A Day in the Life

• Primary Duty: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer, ensuring full compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.

• Freight: Haul no-touch, dry van freight (approx. 70% drop and hook) for major customers throughout the Eastern U.S.

• Logistics: Manage your schedule effectively to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

• Compliance: Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.

• Communication: Coordinate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other team members.

• Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Candidate Profile: What You'll Need

• License: A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).

• Experience: We welcome drivers with at least no experience, fresh out of the CDL school with a minimum of 120 hours of training

• Safety Record: A satisfactory MVR and a demonstrated commitment to safe driving.

• Screening: Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
