Pay ranges between $50K - $65K; could pay over $100K based on the performance of the individual!
Job Summary:
- Daily hours will range from 8 – 16+ based on business needs.
- Identify, research, analyze and contact potential clients to offer the company’s services.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients, expand customer base and improve customer retention.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in line with the company’s guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling.
- Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with the clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Business Development Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Must be able to support a 2-hour radius at any time requested without any restrictions.
- Must be able to adapt to change frequently without having an issue.
- Have reliable transportation!
