Bilingual Reception Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Provides front?desk support to clients and visitors in both
• English and Spanish
• Handles check?ins, answers inquiries, and offers customer assistance
• Manages documentation, filing, and record?keeping
• Supports administrative tasks including data entry and scheduling
• Maintains a professional, welcoming front?desk environment

Bilingual Reception Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and front?desk presence
• Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast?paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
