Customer Account Manager – Automotive

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with the necessary skills to manage an established owner base, not only providing support for their current vehicles, but also assisting with future purchases! This is an opportunity for the right person to take over the responsibility of maintaning customer satisfaction among our large customer base as well as developing relationships with new potential customers and the sky is the limit!

Compensation based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process and maintain customer satisfaction
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
