Production Technician
Asahi Kasei Plastics North America Job Opening
We are currently seeking applications to fill the following job opening at Asahi Kasei Plastics North America where our products are used in a wide array of molding applications including automotive, consumer, electronics, furniture, and industrial parts and they provide excellent solutions for pressure vessels.

Job Description:
Job Tasks:
- Operates site equipment (plant, warehouse, analytical laboratory)
- Perform computer functions in plant, office, lab equipment
- Perform analytical testing of raw material and/or finished product
- Create, follow procedures, work instructions, EH&S and quality standards
- Perform maintenance for equipment
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree is preferred
- High School degree with minimum 2 years' experience in industrial environment is acceptable
- Additional industrial certifications (i.e. welding, electrical, safety) is an advantage
- Must be able to be certified for forklift driving. (Company certifies on-the-job).
Required Skills:
Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel:
- Work in 24/7 continuous operations, on 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
