About the Role:
As a PRN CNA , you will work on an as-needed basis, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
• Providing medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other treatments as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supporting a positive and respectful environment for all residents, families, and colleagues
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a caring and motivated PRN CNA with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you are:
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a willingness to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Committed to delivering personalized attention and compassion to our residents
• Able to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on providing exceptional customer service
