Maintenance Technician/Handyman
Leman Property Management Co. is looking to add to its renowned property maintenance team! Would you like to be part of the best team in the business?You will strengthen our team with responsibility for general maintenance of all types at apartment buildings all over Pekin, Morton, Washington, Peoria. Tasks are various but will include:
» general electrical troubleshooting
» plumbing such as faucet and disposal replacement
» appliance repair & installation
» unit make ready
» snow removal
»HVAC servicing if certified
»General customer service for all who call our apartments "HOME"
Previous practice in maintenance is NOT required, but will be compensateed. Wages can range between $15.00 and $25.00 per hour or more.
Competitive wage located on practice and skills. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation. Must be available for some on-call.
