We are seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a high-volume automotive production environment. This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting production teams and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and improve daily production processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead and support production supervisors and team leaders
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies

- Automotive industry experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production metrics and manufacturing systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or similar quality standards
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
