We are seeking a receptionist/bookeeper/data entry/insurance billing mulitasker to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the chiropractic office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Bubbly personality, friendly, high energy, positive outlook, learns fast
- Proficient computer skills to operate several different software programs, ie medical and billing
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Assertive abilities to function soley without constant direction
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Input daily charges and use a daysheet for accounting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures and insurance
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
