As a Cleaning Specialist, you represent Home Clean Heroes to our customers and the community. You have the chance to make a positive difference in every persons day and leave their home better than it was before.

You will deliver top-notch service by working with each customer to make sure their home or business is cleaned on time and with great care. This role is about building relationships, not just getting the job donewell give you the training and tools you need to make every customers experience a great one!

You are the main contact for Home Clean Heroes customers during their cleaning service. Your positive, "can-do" attitude helps ensure they have everything they need before, during, and after the service!

About Us

Join Home Clean Heroes as a cleaning specialist and enjoy a $15 -$16 hourly rate, along with quality paid training, a company car while working, no nights or weekends. Home Clean Heroes is not your regular maid service we are a fresh take on the home cleaning industry, setting the new standard for excellent customer service.

No experience? If you have a willingness to learn, we provide the training! You need to have a great attitude and want to grow with our amazing and fun company!

Being successful starts with:

• Willingness to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
• Being a team player youll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Huntsville, Madison and surrounding areas.
• Being a hard worker this is a physical (scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) job
• Honesty, reliability and having an eye for detail
• Feeling comfortable working in homes with pets
• Willingness to submit to a national background check
