Title of Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership grounded in our company’s core values. A successful AGM consistently delivers balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures. This will lead to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results leadership. Our AGM will realize our team members are the primary factor to ensure the success of our business. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for seem-less FOH and BOH operations in the absence of the General Manager and is responsible for working in both the FOH as BOH. As the AGM you will be responsible for hiring and retaining a talented team and providing opportunities for their professional growth.

Qualifications:
· This AGM should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience in both the FOH and BOH
· This Assistant General Manager should have passion for developing and mentoring people
· This Assistant General Manager should have a track record of achieving financial results
· This AGM should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest orientated philosophy
· The Assistant General Manager should have open availability
