We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Lift driver. Previous long term experience is required for this position.

Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Hands-on experience in warehouse material handling and inventory control.
• Forklift operating experience (Note: We will perform our own practical safety evaluation and in-house certification on-site).
• Good attendance record and strong commitment to safety rules.
• Material Handling: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach-truck forklifts to move heavy materials, battery cells, and finished products across the facility.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments, and properly stage orders for outgoing dispatch.
• Safety & Compliance: OSHA-mandated pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Adhere to strict chemical, fire, and hazard safety protocols typical in a battery manufacturing environment.
• Inventory Management: Use RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately track, locate, and cycle-count inventory.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clear and hazard-free, assist with shrink-wrapping and palletizing, and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or the ability to pass facility-specific training).
• Physical Demands: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer/data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and good mathematical comprehension.
