Tier 1 Analyst
Tier One Supplier to Hyundai and KIA are seeking a new team member!!
Monday through Friday 07:00 am to 05:00 pm with overtime mandatory as needed. It’s not a 24/7 job but there are times you may get a call outside of regular hours.
FOR HMMA
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact of the customers
- Works with the Purchase Orders received from the customers.
- Produce/Checks/Validates/confirms orders before they are shipped to the customer
- Excel knowledge is helpful with maintaining and updating Customer Order files.
- Forklift experience helpful for expedited orders
- Works closely with Material Analyst regarding RDC.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Forklift operator experience is a plus
- Previous relevant experience in purchasing, inventory or analyst roles
